The event will kick off on Monday evening, March 17th, with a welcome reception allowing attendees to unwind and reconnect with industry colleagues from across the country in a classic ski environment with a modern twist. Tuesday morning opens with one-on-one airline meetings strategically arranged to further your airport’s partnership with airline planners. The day concludes with an off site dinner in one of the three beautiful villages just down the road. Transportation for attendees will be provided to and from the Tuesday evening event. Wednesday morning commences bright and early with additional one-on-one airline meeting opportunities before wrapping up late morning to allow attendees the chance to hit the world-famous Vail ski slopes. While the Volaire Aviation Forum officially concludes at noon, attendees are encouraged to participate in skiing or other outdoor activities at their leisure.
